Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders placed before 11 AM PT ship same day; after 11 AM PT ship next business day

Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays.

How much does it cost?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. In select locations, FREE Fast Shipping is also available—eligibility will be shown at checkout.

⚠️ Exceptions: Items marked “Sold by [vendor]. Ships directly from partner.” are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates for these products are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Most orders are shipped with tracking. Partner-fulfilled products (marked “Sold by [vendor]. Ships directly from partner.”) ship directly from our partner’s warehouse.

What shipping methods are available?

At this moment we offer Free Standard shipping and Free Fast Shipping.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In some cases, a prepaid shipping label may be provided for convenience; if so, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@puzzlify.store if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. In that case, you may start a return once the order arrives.
